HeadshotKiwi sells one-time packs of 40 to 250 headshots for $29 to $59, delivered in about an hour. PictwinAI is $17.99 a month for 150 photos plus a 50-photo welcome pack, from a personal model you keep generating with. HeadshotKiwi suits a single hands-off batch; PictwinAI suits people who want control and new photos later.
Here is exactly what happens
Different angles, expressions and lighting. Ordinary phone photos are fine. You cannot add more after training, so pick a varied set.

Seconds per photoThe honest breakdown
Choose HeadshotKiwi if you want one large batch of headshots for a single payment and no further involvement. Choose PictwinAI if you want to pick each look yourself, use the photos beyond headshots, and generate new ones later without buying another pack.
As of October 17, 2026, HeadshotKiwi shows three one-time packs, each displayed as half off a higher list price for new users: Starter is $29 for 40 headshots with 5 backgrounds and outfits, Professional is $39 for 120 headshots with 12 combinations, and Executive is $59 for 250 headshots with 25 combinations. It asks for 10 selfies and says results arrive in about an hour.
PictwinAI Starter is $17.99 per month with monthly billing. It includes 150 photos a month, one AI model, and a 50-photo welcome pack generated right after you join. Training takes about 30 minutes, then each photo takes seconds, and you choose the outfit, background and expression for each one. If one set is all you need, you can cancel after the first month.
HeadshotKiwi's larger packs give you more images for a single payment. PictwinAI gives you fewer images in month one than the Executive pack, but you decide what each one looks like and you can keep generating the next month.
HeadshotKiwi's homepage says it will refund your full purchase if you are not happy. Its refund policy is narrower: a full refund requires a request within 14 days, no downloaded AI photos, a technical quality problem, and uploads that met its requirements. Partial refunds may apply in some cases after downloading.
PictwinAI refunds within 30 days of your most recent purchase if the photos don't look like you. The value of credits you already used is deducted. Email [email protected] to request it.
HeadshotKiwi's homepage says input photos are deleted within 7 days and offers a delete button; its team page says source photos are deleted 30 days after headshot creation. Ask them which applies to your order. PictwinAI sends your uploads to fal.ai, our AI provider, for training and does not store the training images on its own servers. Models and generated images are hosted by fal.ai with a minimum 7-day retention period, so download what you want to keep.
HeadshotKiwi includes a commercial license and an expense-ready invoice with each pack, and it offers volume discounts for teams of 5 or more. PictwinAI is built for individuals and has no dedicated team plan.
